This Privacy Policy describes how Valere Regenerative collects, uses, and protects information when you visit valereregenerative.com. This Policy applies to website visitors and inquiry submissions and does not replace our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which applies separately to established physician–patient relationships.

This Privacy Policy applies to the Valere Regenerative website, online inquiry and assessment request forms, marketing communications, and digital interactions with Valere Regenerative. It does not govern Protected Health Information (PHI) collected in the context of clinical care, which is governed by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices available at valereregenerative.com/hipaa.

A. Information You Provide Directly

This information is not considered Protected Health Information unless and until you become a Valerian and submit information through designated HIPAA-compliant clinical systems.

As a concierge private-pay medical practice, Valere LLC processes personal data in limited volumes and does not engage in the sale of personal data. The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA) applies to businesses that process personal data of 100,000 or more Texas consumers annually, or 25,000 or more consumers while deriving over 25% of gross revenue from the sale of personal data. Valere LLC does not meet these thresholds and is not subject to TDPSA obligations as a covered controller.

Regardless, we are committed to reasonable data practices. You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will respond to all reasonable requests promptly.

11. Children's Privacy

This Site is intended exclusively for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a minor, contact us immediately and we will take prompt steps to delete it.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes related to privacy or data use shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.
